Responsibilities
* Actively manage team member workloads and liaise with the AR Lead on a regular basis.
* Lead recruitment, training, retention and motivation of the team, developing commitment and high performance.
* Conduct six monthly performance appraisals of the team.
* Manage development plans, poor performance and disciplinary issues.
Qualifications
* 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years within a property business.
* Experience supervising and performance managing team members.
* Organised, able to multi‑task, with strong supervisory abilities in a high‑volume, pressured environment.
* Previous accounts receivable experience.
* Excellent Excel skills – pivot tables, VLookup, and similar functions.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Diplomatic resolution skills with third parties.
* Flexibility to work under pressure and effectively prioritise.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Commitment to improving client service levels.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong team leader with analytical skills and deep understanding of accounts receivable processes.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities, drive team performance, and continually improve processes and service delivery.
