About Our Nursery
Location: Basingstoke Hospital – a Good‑rated Ofsted nursery offering a capacity of 88 children. A dedicated, qualified staffing team provides a nurturing environment, supported by strong community links, bus routes and free staff parking.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum in your rooms.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Foster a high‑performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated to parents.
* Act as Key Person, ensuring holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintain a clean, secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, preferably as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
