Job Title : Recruitment Coordinator Reporting To: Recruitment Manager Work Schedule: Hybrid Wolverhampton, GBR Location: Wolverhampton (34 days onsite) Sites Supported: Wolverhampton, Luton, Tewkesbury Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK HR Shared Services team and support our UK Talent Acquisition function. Initially this will be for 3 months with the potential to extend further. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across multiple sites. What youll do: Partner with the UK Recruitment Team to provide end-to-end support for hiring across Wolverhampton, Luton, and Tewkesbury. Review CVs and schedule interviews (telephone and onsite). Prepare contracts and offers for successful candidates. Act as the first point of contact for candidates, showcasing Moogs culture and values. Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with hiring managers and interview teams. Build strong relationships with managers and HR colleagues. Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What were looking for: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Moog positively. Proactive, independent decision-making to keep processes moving. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume recruitment environment. Experience with Workday ATS (or similar systems).
