Responsibilities
* Manage daily reservation operations
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Oversee guest inquiry responses
* Maintain booking engine and OTAs

Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related Field
* Minimum 3 years in hospitality sales/reservations
* Strong knowledge of PMS and CRS platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record in lead conversion
* Flexible schedule availability
* Leadership and interpersonal strengths
