We are looking for a friendly and reliable male Community Support Worker to join our team, on a Full Time basis, supporting a young man who lives in Muscliff. You would also spend time supporting a male in Kinson, so being flexible and happy to travel between locations is key. In this role, you’ll be helping the people we support build confidence and independence - whether that means lending a hand with everyday tasks at home, getting involved in new hobbies, or supporting him to explore work and volunteering opportunities. To be considered for this role you must hold a clean Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential. He communicates using PECS cards, but also uses signs and gestures to help him express his needs and preferences. Lucas regularly visits the local farm as he loves to see the animals.
