My client, an NHS organisation based in SE England are currently recruiting for a Band 6 People Advisor for an initial 3 month fixed term period until end of March 2026. The role is offered on a full time basis with agile, hybrid working across a choice 2 sites, once per week. The successful candidate will have NHS HR experience specifically across HR advisory work, TUPE, change management experience and experience of using ESR systems.
Key Skills/Experience
* NHS HR experience across HR advisory, TUPE and change management
* The ability to advise and provide administrative support for change and consultation programmes.
* Up to date knowledge of employment law, legislative changes and organisational policies and procedures
* Ability to manage HR queries/casework across Teams and email
* Knowledge of employment contracts, NHS policy/terms and conditions.
* Excellent Microsoft Office, ESR system and IT skills
* CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
* Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
