Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP45,000 : GBP50,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician to join one of the UKs leading architectural practices, renowned for delivering high:quality work across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning. With a strong and diverse portfolio spanning the residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Senior Architectural Technician to take a lead role on a series of healthcare projects from inception through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
* Take responsibility for detailed design, coordination, and project documentation
* Prepare, submit, and manage planning and building regulation applications
* Carry out regular site inspections to ensure technical quality and compliance
* Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members where required
Skills and Experience
* CIAT:accredited or working towards accreditation
* Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Significant post:qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
* Strong experience running projects independently across all RIBA stages
* Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential
* Previous healthcare sector experience is highly desirable
* Excellent technical knowledge, coordination skills, and attention to detail
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Based within a commutable distance of the Birmingham studio
