Senior Registered Manager – Homecare

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, flexible individual to join the management team as Domiciliary Care Registered Manager in Runcorn. The company provides high quality care and support to older people with living in their own homes throughout Runcorn.
This is a very busy domiciliary care branch with a large staff team and lots of resource available to you including on site training and IT support
Due to rapid growth and successful contract wins we are now looking for a senior manager experienced in turnaround and operational improvement to help pull everything together and drive the business forward.
You will be experienced in domiciliary care, homecare, care of the elderly, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, leading, developing and supporting teams.
What is crucial is that you will share the organisation’s ethos in terms of having a passion for providing truly person-centred care of the highest quality, by putting your clients at the heart of what you do. You’ll be passionate about ensuring standards are the very best they can be, and instilling the same values in those around you.
You will be flexible, adaptable, approachable with excellent communication skills and a level headed and sensitive attitude.

Successful candidates will have the following:
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
* Proven experience of managing a Domiciliary/Homecare business
* Strong leadership and people management skills and experience
* Excellent relationship building skills, with strong CQC knowledge
* Drive and desire to be the best at what you do
