We are looking for a Talent Agent to come on board and support our roster of exciting digital led talent across brand and special projects.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Day to day handling of the majority of talent on the PBGCreator roster.
* Booking, contracting and invoicing for activations.
* Creating individual strategies for talent and presenting to Co Founders.
* Overseeing execution of strategy.
* Client facing meetings and onboarding new clients.
* Sending updated roster to relevant clients and casting agents.
* Reporting to Co-founders.
Additional Responsibilities
* Onboarding new creators and expanding your roster
* Additional casting assistance for PBG
* Event attendance with talent where needed
* Fashion Week outreach and scheduling on behalf of your talent.
* Updating talents profiles when necessary on the PBG website and decks
* Contributing ideas to general PBGCreator social account
* Management of any interns under the PBGC roster
Qualifications
Must be a good communicator with experience in being an agent for talent, preferably digital led talents.
* Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPP.)
* Negotiation and client relationships.
* Understanding of basic contracts, usage and deliverables.
* Understanding of all social media platforms and terminology associated with them.
* Xero (or similar accounting software.)
* Execute and create decks.
* Experience in Wordpress or similar.
