The IT Apprentice will join a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same. They’ll learn from experienced professionals, get hands-on with real technology, and play an important role in supporting the systems that help thousands of people across the UK. A Typical Day in the Job: Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and systems (laptops, mobiles, printers, etc.). Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software. Support the rollout of new IT Hardware. Maintain accurate IT asset and Starters/Leavers records. Ensure data protection, confidentiality, and cybersecurity standards are followed at all times. Work with the IT team on projects to improve digital efficiency across the organisation. Participate in training and development activities as part of your apprenticeship programme. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you’ll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
