Our client, an independent Sales and Lettings agency in Southampton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator.
You will play a key role in driving sales, growing market share, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Managing and progressing residential sales and lettings transactions
* Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to clients
* Assisting with valuations and property listings (experience beneficial)
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Delivering high-quality customer service at every stage
* Working collaboratively within a driven and supportive team
* Actively contributing to business growth and performance targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)
* Valuation and listing experience (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, articulate, and well-presented
* Positive attitude and excellent telephone manner
* Highly motivated, organised, and reliable
* Good local market knowledge
* Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
* A professional and proactive approach to estate agency
