The Role
* Provide advanced technical support for integrated software, hardware, and OT systems
* Lead diagnostics, troubleshooting, and commissioning of complex automation and control solutions
* Drive system optimisation and reliability improvements, ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction
* Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and implement enhancements
* Deliver high-quality technical support and system training to customers and internal teams
The Person
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in systems integration, OT environments, or advanced hardware/software support
* Strong understanding of networked control systems, diagnostics tools, and real-time system performance
* Skilled in fault analysis, system commissioning, and maintaining high-availability industrial systems
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
