Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce. As a Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client performance and achieving their business objectives.
Duties
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of client organisations to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop tailored strategies and actionable plans to address client needs.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration.
* Provide expert guidance on B2B sales processes and telemarketing strategies.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track project progress and client interactions.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing, demonstrating a successful track record.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective client management.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
