Job Title: Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: Wakefield-based with Nationwide travel
Salary: £50,000 per annum

Company Overview
A well-established and growing main contractor, turning over £22 million annually, delivering fast-track refurbishments and fit-outs across the hospitality sector. Projects typically range up to £350k in value and include pubs, hotels, and restaurants.
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Contracts Manager (PM/CM) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from mobilisation through to completion
* Full responsibility for delivering jobs: programming, site coordination, subcontractor management, H&S, cost control, and client liaison
* Run project accounts throughout lifecycle, including final accounts
* Pricing of selected tenders (not a primary responsibility)
* Ensure compliance with company health & safety standards and statutory obligations
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in managing fast-track fit-out or refurbishment projects (ideally around the £350k mark)
* Sector experience in pubs, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous but not essential
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage final accounts
* Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence
