The post holder requires excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff and communicate with a wide range of people, sometimes in an emotive atmosphere, e.g., if views conflict. Lead and participate in team meetings to plan, manage, and deliver services, updating and contributing to policy issues, and implementation and evaluation.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
