Job Description
ERP Tester – Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 remote)
We’re looking for an experienced ERP Tester to join a major transformation programme, supporting testing across HR, Payroll, Finance & Procurement systems.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing and executing detailed test scripts aligned to business requirements
* Supporting end-to-end and UAT testing phases
* Identifying, logging, and tracking defects through to resolution
* Collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Contributing to test strategy and ensuring coverage across key processes and integrations
* Performing non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility)
What we’re looking for:
* Strong ERP testing experience
* Proven background in UAT and defect management
* Experience across HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement systems
* Solid understanding of non-functional testing
Hybrid working (2 days onsite) Opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-impact programme
