The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking an Electronic Warfare Engineer located in Berkeley, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Lead collaboration with Suppliers to develop and enhance advanced electronic warfare systems, ensuring that designs meet specifications and operational requirements.
2. Collaborate with Suppliers to develop and refine electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications.
3. Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into a tactical aircraft platform, ensuring that all components function together effectively.
4. Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance to requirements and standards.
5. Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems, including both laboratory and flight testing.
6. Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, plans, and procedures.
7. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and integration phases of the electronic warfare systems.
8. Ensure that all electronic warfare systems meet relevant military and regulatory standards, including safety and operational requirements.
9. Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating resources related to electronic warfare system development.
10. Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of products, offering guidance and assistance in resolving complex issues.
Additional Information:
* This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations.
* An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required; U.S. Citizenship is a condition of employment.
* Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, physics, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience for Level 3.
* Preferred qualifications include experience with RF analysis, environmental testing, and tactical aircraft programs.
* Salary range: $97,750 - $132,250.

* Position requires ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. Person status.
