Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Office Manager for a 6 month Temporary role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Remaining up to date and know the key regulations for the office, H&S etc
2. 100% accountability and knowledge of company regulations
3. Legal side of things - keep up to date with legislation, changes in legislation
4. Taking care of daily stuff e.g water leaks, reporting issues and following up
5. Making sure supplies are maintained and updated, once a week needs someone who is doing a walk through and ensuring that everything is in place
6. Maintaining records of office assets and equipment, regular audits and updates
7. Co-ordinating contracts with new company

10. Reg and compliance - helping to do daily trading report to the FCA, preparing excel report that would be sent for review before being sent to FCA
11. Administrative support - on boarding or off boarding of employees
12. Support with HR & Compliance administration
Profile:
The successful temporary, Office Manager will have at least 3 years experience working within a regulated office environment.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Financial Services firm based in the City of London. You will work 4 days per week from their office and 1 day from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Office Manager role will be paying circa £20-25 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
