You should be able to demonstrate that you are hardworking, committed, passionate about children, and above all, an exceptional practitioner who cares deeply about making a difference to the lives of children. A suitable candidate will have high expectations both academically and socially and maintain a calm and consistent approach. Enthusiasm, good organisational skills and a sense of humour are essential. The successful candidate will be required to work 27.5 hours per week (term time only). The successful candidate will be paid on the APT & C Salary Scale - Grade 3 (pro rata).
