In this role, youll have the opportunity to: Lead a team of Process Design Engineers, driving the development of innovative engineered solutions with global reach.
Own system requirements, architecture, and design standards across relevant product lines ensuring consistent design rules, calculation methods, and verification approaches.
Recruit, develop, and coach a high
- performing team: defining role profiles and development plans, fostering a strong culture of product quality and continuous improvement.
Lead the design and development of systems and infrastructure with complex, high-tech applications.
Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams within a global engineering organisation.
Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering(or similar) and bring experiencedeveloping complex mechanical systems.
Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards (CE/UKCA, UL, machinery safety) and experience with 3D CAD and PDM/PLM systems are essential.
Prior experience leading engineers or workstreams in a matrix or international environment is highly advantageous. xxuwjjq
