As our reach grows, we’re looking for a Partnership Manager working part-time to us develop, manage, and nurture relationships with local businesses, venues, and organisations.
What you’ll do
As a Part-Time Partnership Manager, you’ll:
* Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, venues, and event organisers.
* Identify partnership opportunities that benefit both Oxford Digital and our partners.
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and mutual value.
* Work closely with the editorial and content teams to coordinate sponsored content, features, and listings.
* Monitor and report on partnership performance, helping guide future strategy.
* Represent Oxford Digital at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proven ability to manage partnerships and projects effectively.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A good understanding of digital media and marketing.
* Confidence in negotiation and presenting ideas clearly.
* Knowledge of or a keen interest in Oxford and Oxfordshire’s business and cultural scene.
No formal qualifications are required – practical experience and enthusiasm are key.
