Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round

Salary: £34,840 per annum

Your Role as Room Leader
As our Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development
* Enhance children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth
* Support staff in maintaining high-quality learning journals and updating the EyLog system
* Lead by example, promoting respect and consistency
* Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments
* Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor
* Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
*
Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification
*
Essential: Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years
*
Desirable: Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position
*
Desirable: Knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating
*
Essential: Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS
*
Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
