Key Responsibilities of a Scheduler for this role: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of work for 150 new build homes. Liaise directly with subcontractors and customers to ensure timely project completion. Manage customer journeys, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency. Review and book in necessary work, ensuring that all timelines are met.
