People & Change Partner
Are you ready to make a real impact in a vibrant, fast-growing business? At easyJet holidays, we’re looking for a People and Change Partner to help further enhance our brilliant culture and support the delivery of our people strategy as we continue to expand.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll work closely with managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance and leading on a variety of people-focused projects across the employee lifecycle. From delivering organisational change to managing and supporting career and development initiatives, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us.
You’ll also co-chair our People Action Group (PAG), championing engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, and bringing colleagues together through social and community events. Supporting talent and the development of our people managers and employees, you’ll help build capability and confidence across the business, especially as roles evolve in our rapidly growing environment.
