Reporting to the Lead General Manager, the General Manager is responsible for ensuring the following in their theatre: consistent and exceptional service, safety, security and cleanliness; commerciality, sustainability and cost effectiveness; engaging, training and developing the best staff; and fostering an ethos of inclusivity where everyone feels respected, valued and supported. The successful applicant will have worked in a comparable role, with demonstrable leadership ability and experience of motivating large teams of staff.
