Work From Home: We operate a hybrid model where team members come to the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week - although there is the option to work from the office more if you prefer. Our team loves working collaboratively, but also likes the option and balance of working from home.

What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone with extensive TikTok Shop experience to launch and head up our TikTok Shop service offering, shaping the processes, positioning, ambition, delivery and growth strategy.
We’re looking for someone who knows TikTok shop inside and out, whether previously working within TikTok itself or in an agency environment where you’ve demonstrated incredible growth for brands.
Whilst initially launching the service within the UK, you’ll be instrumental in expanding the service globally for us, and launching it later in 2026 in the US.
Our ambition is to become one of the leading TikTok Shop partners in the world, and this role will have our full backing and resources in order to deliver that.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Delivery
* Launch and lead the Social Commerce team, first utilising in-house resources (in Paid, Creator, Production), and then building out your dedicated TikTok shop team and operation.
* Act as a senior strategic partner on flagship accounts, ensuring delivery that is innovative, effective, and measurable.
* Work closely with the CEO and wider SLT to align departmental strategy with agency-wide goals.
* In time, join our global SLT within the agency.
Innovation & Growth
* Drive commercial growth - leading pitches, shaping proposals, and building trusted client relationships.
* Own departmental revenue and profitability targets, working with Directors to deliver consistent growth.
* Constantly evolving our approach and strategy on Shop Optimisation, Paid, Creator and Lives to TikTok shop, with the goal of becoming one of the leading TikTok Shop agencies in the world.
Industry & Culture
* Represent the agency externally - speaking at events, sharing thought leadership, and building our reputation as a trusted industry voice.
* Inspire and develop future leaders across Organic Social and Influence, creating a high-performing, motivated team.
* Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and curiosity across your departments and the wider agency.
Requirements
* Senior-level experience in TikTok Shop, leading new business, growth strategy, team management, process delivery and optimisation.
* Proven success in leading and managing a team to deliver high growth and team happiness in high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and traits, to be the driving force behind our Social Commerce team.
* Commercial strength - confident in owning department P&L, pitching, and driving revenue growth.
* Sharp cultural and platform understanding, with a vision for where social and commerce are headed next.
* An unquestionable passion for the craft and a motivated energy to create best-in-class work.
Salary
£60,000 to £85,000 DOE
