* Overseeing all aspects of Paid & organic digital marketing campaigns ensuring best practice and portable ROI across all channels.
* Hands-on running of all paid media campaigns across PPC & Social to continually optimise and improve performance and ROI.
* Manage monthly budgets to agreed limits, optimising the spend split across different campaigns and channels. Spotting gaps and trends from the data to scale.
* Produce regular reports, showcasing the improvements you’re making to our paid media campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, SEMrush and Data Studio, coordinating information from different areas to complete the information needed.
* Ensure ad copy/creative/bid management is fully optimised.
* Understand the competitor landscape and keep up to date with industry updates, including new commercial opportunities.
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing unique search strategies.
* You will keep up to date with the latest developments in both the SEO and PPC world.
* Develop new & existing content marketing strategies.
