Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours of Work: 06:30 – 17:00 (8–12 hour shifts, subject to workload), Monday to Friday
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Worcester on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and within set timeframes
* Offloading pallets and handling stock in line with health and safety procedures
* Carrying out general warehouse duties, including stock rotation and maintaining a clean, organised work area
* Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles
* Performing occasional vehicle movements — a valid driving licence is essential
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Full, valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
