Salary & Hours Salary : £29,380 per annum Hours : 37 hours per week, full-time Key Responsibilities Provide advanced technical assistance in electrical installation and maintain the smooth running of the workshop Monitor and assess student competence during practical sessions, delivering constructive feedback Prepare equipment, materials, and resources for practical learning tasks Ensure tools and workshop resources are well maintained and in safe, working order Promote health & safety awareness, embedding best practices within practical sessions Collaborate with teaching staff and support curriculum delivery and external engagement Instructor technicians are not expected to teach theory, write schemes of work or assess knowledge.
