We are currently working with a number of specialist SEN schools and alternative provisions looking for Youth Workers to support pupils who benefit from strong role models and consistent support. Many of the pupils supported have social, emotional and mental health needs and respond well to adults who are calm, confident and able to build positive relationships. Your role will involve supporting pupils within lessons, helping them stay engaged with learning and encouraging positive behaviour. This role works particularly well for individuals with a youth work, mentoring or community background who are interested in supporting young people within education.
