We are a leading High Court Enforcement company seeking an Administration and Support Services Manager to oversee our Support Services department, covering the management of Administration, Customer Contact and Property/Commercial Services.
This is a key role focused on delivering high-quality services and driving continuous improvement across our team.
About the Role
You will lead and support our administration and support services team, ensuring the department runs efficiently and delivers excellent service.
Working with the team you will support performance and ensure we consistently meet service levels and operational targets.
Experience in collections, enforcement, or financial services would be advantageous and will help you bring strong leadership and operational confidence to this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Support Services team
* Support recruitment, induction, coaching, and performance management.
* Ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.
* Monitor KPIs and service levels, providing insights to senior leadership.
* Maintain departmental processes and drive improvements.
* Deliver training to support staff development and service quality.
* Contribute to projects, client meetings, and supplier reviews.
About You
* Experience in collections, enforcement, or financial services (advantageous).
* Strong people management or supervisory experience.
* Understanding of compliance and service standards.
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
* Quality-focused with good attention to detail.
