Senior Industrial Program Manager (H/F) – SAFRAN SEATS GB LIMITED at AEROCONTACT
Responsibilities
* Development, implementation, and governance of industrial planning for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with milestones (S1–S11). Produce comprehensive timelines, resource plans, and critical-path activities. Establish tracking and reporting to measure progress and ensure compliance at every stage. Identify and manage risks, implement corrective actions, and provide rigorous justifications for variances to senior leadership. Ensure program deliverables are met on time, on budget, and to specification.
* Primary industrial representative and stakeholder collaboration. Act as the lead industrial voice in the SSGB senior leadership team, articulating industrial concerns and requirements at the executive level. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Heads of Operations, Industrial Engineering, Program Directors, and other functions. Facilitate effective communication, negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts. Ensure industrial input informs major decisions and drive consensus toward program goals.
* Resource management and performance accountability. Ensure resources (people, machines, and materials) are planned, available, and deployed for optimal program performance.
* Implementation of industrial strategy and best practices. Translate overarching corporate strategies into actionable tactical plans.
* Customer interface, production readiness, and quality assurance. Serve as the single point of accountability between SSGB's industrial teams and customers for in-production programs.
