Receptionist
We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Receptionist to join our Construction South division, based at our Weybridge office. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who builds positive relationships with ease and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and well-organised front-of-house service. You will bring a proactive, "can-do" approach, a willingness to learn and develop, and the ability to plan-ahead to support smooth day-to-day operations. As a valued member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, helping to maintain a professional, efficient, and supportive working environment.
*Please note that this position is office-based Monday to Thursday each week, with the option to occasionally work from home on a Friday*
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient welcome to visitors and callers.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when needed.
Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring requirements (catering, AV, room setup) are fully understood and met.
Respond to internal and external customer queries professionally, escalating where needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including maintaining postage credit levels.
Keep office equipment maintained, and supplies stocked.
Support general office management duties as required.Essential Skills:
Confident communicator with strong customer service focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Positive, professional, and proactive approach to customer and colleague interaction.Desirable Skills:
Experience working in a reception or administrative support environment.
