About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Large Format Print Supervisor to join a growing and well-established print and marketing services provider based in Huntingdon. This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the large format production department.
The successful candidate will manage workflow, ensure top-quality output, and play a vital role in developing and motivating a small but dedicated team.

Lead and coordinate daily production in the large format print department
Manage and prioritise multiple jobs to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard and within service level agreements (SLAs)
Support and supervise the production team, including pre-press
Work closely with management to improve workflows, stock control, and waste reduction
Maintain equipment and oversee maintenance schedules
Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as required
Provide technical support and guidance on equipment and production processes
Participate in off-site installations when required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Attend training and stay updated on industry best practices
Possesses excellent technical knowledge including RIP software, artwork preparation, and scheduling tools
Is confident managing and motivating a team
Communicates effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Thrives in a deadline-driven setting and can juggle multiple priorities
Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Has strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Holds a professional and positive attitude with a commitment to high standards
