Technical Programme Lead / Senior Project Manager (SaaS & IoT)

Metrikus was founded in 2019, using technology that has been in development since 2012. Based in London, we operate globally across the UK, India, Spain, Poland and the US. Our platform began as a live asset map at the 2012 Olympics and has evolved into a sophisticated digital twin and smart building analytics platform integrating a wide range of IoT technologies.
We aggregate and normalise data from people count, occupancy, indoor air quality, energy and building systems, transforming this into actionable insights for enterprise clients worldwide.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Programme Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of one of our largest and most strategically important global enterprise clients.
This role operates as a global programme lead, coordinating multiple parallel workstreams, regions, installation partners, vendors and internal teams under a single client programme.
You will work directly with the client, collaborating with their preferred installation partners in some regions, while sourcing, onboarding and managing Metrikus-approved installation partners in other regions globally. You will ensure consistent quality, safety, and technical standards across all deployments.
Responsibilities
* Own full programme lifecycle from sales handover through to global deployment
* Coordinate SaaS configuration, integrations, analytics enablement and data ingestion pipelines
* Manage hardware deployments including sensors, gateways and networking readiness
* Source and manage global installation partners where required
* Work with client-nominated partners in specific regions
* Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Develop detailed project scopes and objectives ensuring technical feasibility
* Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful executionImplement effective end-to-end project plans and delivery processes
* Perform risk management and elevate where necessary
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
* Participate in product roadmap reviews and provide client feedback into product development
Requirements
* 5+ years experience delivering complex technical programmes or enterprise-scale projects
* Strong experience in SaaS delivery, cloud platforms and API integrations, or similar
* Experience managing IT networking and infrastructure environments
* Experience coordinating global delivery across multiple time zones
* Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and installation partners
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 30%)
* Engineering or IT infrastructure background highly desirable
* Industry certification (Prince II, PMP or similar) desirable
* Second language capability, preferably Spanish
