Position Overview: People Operations Partner
We’re looking for a proactive People Operations Partner to support our teams across Europe and the wider EMEA region. This hybrid role combines HR Generalist, onboarding, HR operations, and people partnering responsibilities. It is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and central to delivering an excellent employee experience.
This role is based in our Banbridge HQ.
Responsibilities will shift based on business needs, ensuring support is focused where demand is highest.
What You’ll Do
Partner with leaders to support people strategy, performance, employee relations, and engagement.
Deliver smooth end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding with accurate documentation and systems setup.
Maintain and administer HRIS data, reporting, and user access while ensuring high data quality.
Support compliance across UK, Irish, and Central European employment legislation.
Contribute to workforce planning, development, and change management initiatives.
Maintain HR files, handle pre‑employment checks, and ensure consistent policy application.
Provide general HR support across EMEA and help refine people processes as we scale.
Travel to European sites as required.
What You Need to Succeed
Degree or professional qualification (CIPD advantageous).
3+ years of HR experience with both generalist and employee relations exposure.
Strong HRIS administration skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
Solid understanding of UK, Irish, and/or Central European employment law.
Comfortable influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
Fluent English; an additional Central European language is a plus.
