We are looking for a talented and dedicated Night Chef to join our brand-new Eurest operation at Amazon in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and excellent service during overnight operations.
About the Role
As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, high-quality meals for customers throughout the night. Working as part of a supportive kitchen team, you will help maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of fresh food to company standards.
* Ensure food is presented attractively and served efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, allergen management, and health & safety.
* Support stock control, food ordering, and waste management processes.
* Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant at all times.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
* Assist with food preparation for upcoming services where required.
* Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a chef role within catering, hospitality, or food service.
* Passion for producing high-quality food.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working night shifts.
