You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our clients market presence and creating lasting partnerships with customers and clients.\nThe right candidate for this role will have a solid background selling and promoting doors into the trade sector.\nThe role responsibilities:\n * Research and identify current opportunity areas considering service, geography, value and competition.\n * Devise strategic sales plan to capitalise on opportunities, address weaknesses and deliver growth in accordance with the long-range business plan.\n * Work closely with Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, ensuring maximum value is being extracted from annual marketing spend.\n * Where there are new products being released, these are to be introduced to existing Customers and used to introduce new Customers to the Business.\n * Hit and exceed KPI targets\n * Take an active role in making business improvements\n * This company will also provide you with ongoing training\nThe candidate’s skills & experience:\n * Must have a background within the Fenestration door trade sector within the UK\n * Have experience and understanding of door systems and technical features of the UK Trade market\n * Excellent planning and organisational skills\n * Sales and target driven\n * Good attention to detail\n * High level of computer skills\n * Must currently reside in the UK\n * Have a UK driving license\nIf you are an experience fenestration sales manager/BDM with trade experience, and you would like to find out more, please click ‘apply’ or contact Guy at Chase Taylor Recruitment and quote reference number MM6286
