Role Overview
Our client, a Fortune 500 insurance and financial services group, is looking to appoint a professional to join their Member Relations Team focussing on the legal sector. This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months.
This is a key role involving solicitor liaison, credit control, and data management. The position suits someone with proven financial administration experience, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
Candidate Profile / Experience Needed
To be successful, you will bring:
1. Demonstrable experience in credit control, debt management, or financial administration
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
3. Legal sector experience would be good but not a necessity
4. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, able to meet strict SLAs
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and working with large data sets
6. Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
7. A proactive approach, able to work quickly, accurately, and independently

8. Salary £25000p.a. plus completion bonus of 5%.
