Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Harlow, for a Resident Liaison Officer. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries and ensuring effective communication between residents and the company. You will coordinate and manage resident engagement activities, handle customer service tasks, and ensure that resident concerns or issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Monitoring and reporting on progress and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards will also be integral responsibilities.
Qualifications
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents and project teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with diverse individuals.
Organisation Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or resident liaison role is often preferred.
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve resident issues proactively.
