You will provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure clients meet their financial goals. You will receive comprehensive training and support in your role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service at first contact
* Educate customers on banking options suitable for their needs
* Complete processes accurately and compliantly, ensuring a positive experience
* Take appropriate actions to achieve good customer outcomes and review processes regularly

What you'll do

* Conduct financial reviews and provide accurate information to support informed decisions

* Support the bank’s operations to serve as many customers as possible
* Maintain team relationships and support overall business goals
* Resolve complaints promptly and restore customer relationships
* Ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction

The skills you'll need

Experience in customer service and relationship management is essential. You should have excellent organizational, communication, and technology skills, with experience in a regulated environment.
