Delivery Coordinator - Dartford Kent – CP Hart – Fixed Term Contract Up to 9 Months

Responsibilities
* Co‑coordinating the delivery of goods once an order has been placed.
* Managing all purchase order issues and confirmation dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.
* Proactively communicating with the client or client’s representative throughout the journey of the order – updating on progress when required.
* Carrying out daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.
* Managing a fixed‑term contract (up to 9 months) full‑time position working 37.5 hrs per week, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:30 with a 30‑minute break; no weekend work required.
Qualifications
* Customer service experience.
* Good communication skills.

* Ability to multitask.
* Computer literate.
