This role will involve direct representation of the business to a diverse aerospace customer base, and the day-to-day management of non-conformances through the company QMS utilising a range of software.Key skillsIdeally educated to HNC/HND/Degree level in engineering or science based disciplineExperienced in a manufacturing setting as a quality engineer or process engineerDemonstrable experience with quality and data analysis tools such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, Pareto, SPC, CpK, Six Sigma, root cause analysisKnowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP desirableSome knowledge of SAP ERP and LIMS desirableStrong analytical and statistical skill setAble to effectively and professionally engage with internal stakeholders and external customers, and suppliers as requiredGreat prioritisation skills, methodical, logical and well organised, able to adapt to changing circumstances, and really thrive in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player who enjoys working with others in a supportive and close-knit teamJoin this people centric employer as a quality engineer in a varied and technically challenging role, on an excellent package to include an attractive bonus of 8%, generous pension and healthcare benefits, and excellent opportunities for learning and progression on a stable site with a low staff turnoverThis is a days based role, on site in WrexhamTPBN1_UKTJ
