Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring science lessons that cater to the needs of all students across different key stages.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for science.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
* Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop curriculum materials and coordinate science activities and projects.
* Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school training events.
* Stay updated with the latest educational trends and integrate new teaching methods and technologies into your practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A recognised teaching qualification in Science (e.g., PGCE, BEd).
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Science.
* Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
