ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to lead a new development in Kent. In this role, you will:
1. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and budgets for assigned developments.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
3. Proactively generate and convert leads for mortgage services, conveyancing, new home sales, lettings, and property valuations.
4. Partner with the local new homes support team to ensure efficient marketing execution and smooth sales administration.
5. Maintain full staffing across developments and effectively manage cover for holidays and absences.
6. Tackle challenges proactively and influence key decisions to drive successful outcomes.
7. Maintain a strong focus on achieving defined sales objectives
REQUIREMENTS
8. Experience in New Homes Sales as a Manager
9. Excellent communication and customer service skills
10. Self-Motivated with the ability to perform in a competitive environment.
11. Market Research and Data Analysis skills
12. Proven track record in meeting sales targets
13. Knowledge of the industry and market trends

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £60k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be a commission structure and further company benefits.
