We’re on the lookout for a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at Southampton! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a customer service superstar who can help create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often the first point of contact for our customers; the first faces they see at reception and the voice they hear over the phone. This role provides a great opportunity to make a lasting impression! You will also have access to CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
Hours of Work
This role involves 2 x 4-hour shifts during the week, either mornings from 8am-12pm or evenings from 3:30pm-7:30pm (flexible or fixed days), plus 1 weekend day. The total average hours per week will be approximately 11.5 hours.
