We have an exciting new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our team at The Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club. This 113-bedroom Hotel is set in 225 wooded acres with plenty of amenities including a swimming pool, a spa and a gym, with good motorway access to commute to nearby cities like Southampton and Portsmouth.

Your duties will include:
Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
