As the hotel's Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including recruitment, staff management, customer service quality, menu development, inventory and budget management, health & safety compliance, industry trend analysis, and sales report review. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote hotel food and beverage offerings and represent the hotel's brand standards.
