Position: Direct Mail Account Executive / Communications Consultant
Location: Merseyside
Salary: £Negotiable
The Company/ Sector: Print Management

Role:
• My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Direct Mail Account Executive / Communications Consultant to join their busy Direct Mail team within the Sales Department of an award-winning print management company.
• In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple projects to strict deadlines, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns from initial concept to completion.
• You will build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple direct mail and print projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout each project.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, adding value for both the client and the business.
• Provide innovative solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
• Provide support services to their Hybrid Mail help desk

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Direct Mail, Transactional Print, and General Print processes.
• Knowledge of Hybrid Mail Solutions would be desirable.
• Familiarity with various postal services, printing techniques, and print finishes.
• Experience handling client data in line with ISO standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Confident in negotiating with suppliers.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in the print industry within a customer service or account management role is highly desirable
