Job description
About the role:
To provide efficient and effective administrative and finance support across a full range of functions.
To support the Inclusion and Youth Service to deliver on objectives, projects, continuous improvement, service performance, and efficiency.
About you:
You will have a good understanding and capability to use current IT systems. You will be committed to excellent customer service and be able to prioritise and manage a complex workload.
What you will do:
Communicate with colleagues, schools and other relevant stakeholders on relevant matters and facilitate and build strong, effective working relationships. You will provide administrative and clerical support to facilitate Inclusion and Youth Service work, including staffing the Tyfu Gateway which is the single point of contact for parents, schools and other stakeholders wishing to contact the service.
